We build agents that move a task across the systems you already pay for. A quote in the CRM becomes an invoice in accounting, a file in storage and an email to the client. A named person on your team approves what matters, and the agent logs every action.
Most teams need approved accounts and written data rules. When the data demands more, we set up a gateway in your own cloud account that masks sensitive data and logs use, or a model on hardware you own.
Every build includes training for the people who use the agent: how to check its work, when to step in, and how to switch it off. Teams that want more book sessions where each person brings a real task and leaves with it done a new way.
Many AI platforms ask you to move your data into their system before anything runs. AlpinTech builds on the tools you already have, through their official interfaces. Your systems stay the system of record.
Large consultancies often start with a retainer or a months-long roadmap. AlpinTech starts with a free working session and then puts a written fee on one build. Ongoing support is optional.
AlpinTech has no reseller agreements, takes no commissions from software vendors and has no platform of its own to move you onto. We choose the tools for your systems and your data policy.
You own the accounts, the keys, the logs and the hardware, and you can remove our access at any time. Every build comes with written rules and a runbook your team can follow.
AlpinTech was founded in Hong Kong by Johannes Janousek. He spent years as an AI engineer and data scientist, including at Massar Capital, the New York macro hedge fund that won the HFM award for best macro performance.
He holds an MSc in Data Science from King’s College London, held startup roles in Berlin and Hong Kong, and is an Anthropic‑certified Claude Code Architect. He runs his own business on agents he wrote himself.

No. AlpinTech does not sell a platform or licences. We build agents on the tools you already pay for, and you own what we build.
Most systems with an official interface: common CRMs, accounting systems, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, shared drives and email. If a system has no interface we can use, we say so in the working session, before you pay for anything.
